I got to know Herbalife in November 2003 through Nutrition, recommended by my parents, and I had incredible results, in just 3 months I increased my weight by 8kg of muscle mass, reduced my fat tissue to 12% and felt significant improvements in my performance sporty. At the time, I practiced swimming daily, as resistance training for all-terrain races that I disputed at the weekend, with my Quad (moto4).
